* Registration by mail, using payment by check only. $35 per person  Advance registrations by mail must be received by Friday, 13 May.

* Registration on-line using credit card payment through PayPal. $35 per person  Advance Pre-registration forms must be received by Sunday, 15 May, and payment completed by 5:00 p.m on Monday, 16 May.

Registration on-line with credit card payment is a two step process. Please complete the Pre-Registration form using the link below, then we will send you an invoice via our PayPal account.

If you plan to register on the conference day, we would encourage you to "pre-register" using the on-line registration form so that we may have your information on file and your name tag prepared in advance.
